Authors retain copyright and full publishing rights to their work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original work.
RALs permits authors to self-archive all versions of their manuscripts:
Authors may deposit any version of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal or corporate websites, or academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu), immediately upon submission, acceptance, or publication. No embargo period applies.
Authors are encouraged to share the published Version of Record (VoR) to ensure citation consistency. However, they are free to share the accepted or submitted versions as well. Authors may freely distribute the abstract, citation information, and full text of their article at any time, provided that a DOI link to the official version on the RALs website is included where possible.
